Plan and manage all sales visits to companies of a particular sector
Remain proactive and responsive to prospective clients
Be responsible for delivery of client proposals, contracts, budgets and any further documentation
Ensure that all business opportunities are captured and explored
Understand the capability of the Delivery team, identify the skill gaps and qualify the leads.
Maintain database of clients – past and current
Demonstrates high-level communication skills (includes interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, presentation and representation) with particular ability to articulate concepts/ideas in English and Hindi.
Ability to monitor and drive own performance including implementation of initiatives/strategies and action plans to ensure successful achievement of agreed outcomes. Identification of opportunities within the market, and the ability to optimize those opportunities
2 to 8 years of experience preferably in hospitality and MC&E industry
Skills with software like Photoshop and Corel Draw will be beneficial
